Our goal is long-lasting relationships with our tenants so that we can grow alongside of them through earning trust and exchanging great value.
With a people-first, buildings-second perspective, each member of our team strives to meet the unique needs of tenants by remaining actively accessible and engaged.
This is one reason we have such a high proportion of tenants on third and fourth long-term renewals. And, not withstanding how technology enables some remote and mobile connectivity for businesses these days, every enterprise needs a place to call home.
Care-giving agencies, start-ups, IT firms, counsellors, RMTs, doctors, accountants and lawyers are numbered among our tenant family. We think of the thousands served through them!
In a market where many view office space as merely a commodity, our company understands that one’s office space experience is key to client experience and accelerating productivity.
